Order an Ad

After you have picked the ad you want, here is all you need to do:

1. Fill in the order form.
2. As noted in the Ad Specifications section of the order form, make sure you contact the magazine or publication to find out the proper resolution, line screen, and page size.
3. If you want the copy, address, e-mail address, Web site, or phone and fax numbers changed, write the changes in the blank lines provided in the Ad Specifications section.
4. Submit the form, print it and fax the completed form to HZ Design at 301-294-6305, or call HZ Design at 301-294-6302.
