The Quality Connection (TQC) is a full-color magazine published by the National Labor-Management Cooperation Committee of the electrical construction industry. It was created to provide information on what is happening in the electrical contracting industry, and to update activities of the NLMCC, to all IBEW members involved in electrical construction and to all signatory employers.

TQC is published six times per year and mailed to all IBEW electricians working in construction. It is also sent to NECA-member and other electrical contractors signatory to IBEW labor agreements. More than 235,000 copies are distributed with each issue.

TQC has several missions:

• To share key industry information as it is developed–such as the recent comprehensive NJATC survey on apprentices.
• To provide a forum for success stories. Ideas that lead to success in one jurisdiction can be shared, effortlessly.
• To disseminate news that previously had a tough time getting to everyone, such as NJATC and NEBF information.
• To advertise upcoming programs of mutual interest, such as NTI and VDV.
• To report on industry meetings, such as the Construction and Maintenance Conference, VDV Conference, and the Employers Benefits Conference.
